How do I know my hat size?
To find your hat size, all you need is a measuring tape and to watch this short video.
Can I get my hat wet?
Yes, no problem! If it gets very wet, remove the excess water and let it air dry.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it, but only if we haven't notified you that it has been shipped. To do so, contact us through Instagram or email us directly at info@ahoibiza.com
How long does shipping take?
In Spain , shipping takes between 3 and 7 business days. For Europe , between 4 and 10 business days, and for the rest of the world between 5 and 10 business days.
How long does it take for my order to be prepared?
Your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. If you place your order on a Friday or a public holiday, it will be prepared on the next business day.
Do I have to pay taxes or duties?
You only have to pay taxes if you are outside the European Union.
How do I return an item?
You can return your products within 14 days of receiving your order .
To process a refund, you must contact Aho Ibiza by emailing info@ahoibiza.com explaining the situation. Once we receive your email, Aho Ibiza will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the refund.
Aho Ibiza may refuse the change if more days have passed than indicated above.
Products must be returned intact and unused, including brand tags in their original location, and with all packaging intact. Products that have been used, soiled, worn, or damaged, or that contain any perfume or makeup, will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be returned to the sender.
You will be notified by email if the returned item is not eligible for an exchange.
Aho Ibiza will not cover the collection costs nor is it responsible for shipping the return package. The customer must bear the cost of this shipping and remains responsible for the product until Aho Ibiza notifies them that the product has arrived at their facilities.
Aho Ibiza will not issue a refund for items that are not received or are lost in transit.
You can also make the return at our physical store in Ibiza at the following address; Carretera de Santa Eulària, km 4.4, 07819 Ca Na Negreta (Ibiza).
The product must be exchanged with the complete packaging in which it was sold or shipped.
What do I do if my hat arrives damaged or missing pieces?
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, all products sold by Aho Ibiza are covered for 2 years for any manufacturing defect.
If you wish to return a product due to a factory defect, we will take care of repairing or replacing your product.
In any case, the customer must provide photographic evidence of any product defects. They must also send us photographs of the product's original packaging to help us investigate whether the defect is due to a manufacturing fault or the result of improper use.
Once we have verified that the item, as well as any accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete, we will proceed to repair or replace the product.
The customer will be responsible for taking it to the store or sending it by mail.
If the customer returns it in person, they can do so by presenting the order number to the store staff at Carretera de Sta. Eulària, km 4.4, 07819 Ca Na Negreta, Ibiza. There is no charge for returning it there.
Can I change the size of an order after I've placed it?
The deadline for changing the size is 14 days and will be at the customer's expense.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for products in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Changes will be subject to stock availability.
To formalize the exchange, you must contact Aho Ibiza by emailing info@ahoibiza.com explaining the situation. Aho Ibiza will then guide you through the process for changing the size/model.
If the customer wishes to exchange the product in person, they can do so directly at our own store by presenting the online order receipt to the store staff at the following address: Carretera de Sta. Eulària, km 4.4, 07819 Ca Na Negreta, Ibiza.
Size/model exchanges or returns are free of charge as long as they are done in-store and in person.
In any case, products for exchange must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To avoid problems during transport , please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed.
Once received, we will examine its condition and as soon as we verify that the item, as well as the accessories, promotional gifts or documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will generate the exchange of the item by sending the new product to the same address of the original order.
If the product you have returned is not in perfect condition, either because it has been used and/or because it is missing its original packaging, we will notify you that we will not be able to send you a replacement and that you will have to collect the used or damaged product from our facilities. You will have the option to arrange for a courier of your choice, at your own expense, to collect the product you previously sent us. You will have 30 days to collect the product from our facilities in Ibiza, Spain, using your chosen courier service.
